As the Belize Institute of Management enters the next four years (2026–2030), we are embarking on a period of renewal designed to prepare for a future shaped by complexity, rapid change, and uncertainty?
This reset builds on the lessons of the past COVID era, which challenged traditional bricks and mortar training and accelerated the need for innovation in how we deliver learning and development.
Our commitment remains strong: to provide relevant, accessible, and forward-thinking programs that empower professionals and organizations across Belize. To support this transformation, we will continue enhancing our website and expanding our presence across social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and engagement with our community.
The first quarter of 2026 (January–March) marks our reconstruction phase, where we will lay the foundation for this new chapter. This period is dedicated to strengthening our digital infrastructure, refreshing our training approach, and positioning BIM to thrive in the years ahead. We anticipate that our new training schedule will be published in early May for June and beyond.
During this period, we will also be expanding our cadre of professional trainers in areas relevant to the changing times.
