As the Belize Institute of Management (BIM) embarks on its  Renewal and Reset Strategy for 2026–2030, we are looking toward the future of professional development in Belize. To meet the evolving needs of our workforce, we are seeking to expand our network of expert part-time trainers across various disciplines of Management and Technology.

This is not merely a call for applications; it is an invitation to participate in the continued growth of Belize’s professional landscape. We are looking for industry leaders and subject matter experts who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals and contributing to the national talent pool.

Program Overview

  • Location: While our flagship sessions are hosted at the BIM Training and Conference Center in Belize City, our public offerings will extend to communities throughout the country.

  • Duration: Training programs typically range from intensive 1-day workshops to comprehensive 3-day certifications.

  • Corporate Partnerships: In addition to public sessions, these programs are offered on-demand to our dedicated corporate clients—organizations that have partnered with BIM for decades.

How to Express Your Interest

Belize Institute of Management 2026 – 2030 Renewal and Reset

As the Belize Institute of Management enters the next four years (2026–2030), we are embarking on a period of renewal designed to prepare for a future shaped by complexity, rapid change, and uncertainty?

This reset builds on the lessons of the past COVID era, which challenged traditional bricks and mortar training and accelerated the need for innovation in how we deliver learning and development.

Our commitment remains strong: to provide relevant, accessible, and forward-thinking programs that empower professionals and organizations across Belize. To support this transformation, we will continue enhancing our website and expanding our presence across social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and engagement with our community.

The first quarter of 2026 (January–March) marks our reconstruction phase, where we will lay the foundation for this new chapter. This period is dedicated to strengthening our digital infrastructure, refreshing our training approach, and positioning BIM to thrive in the years ahead. We anticipate that our new training schedule will be published in early May for June and beyond. 

During this period, we will also be expanding our cadre of professional trainers in areas relevant to the changing times.

We encourage you to continue renting with us as we strengthen our resolve to serve you better.
