Bim Belize Announces 4th Business Ambassador

The management and staff of the Belize Institute of Management (BIM Belize) congratulates Mick Fleming, Founder & Owner of Chaa Creek  Resort Belize and his team for joining us as our Fourth Business Ambassador in Sustainable Development.

We are indeed proud to share Chaa Creeks efforts and successes with these values in the implementation of sustainable best practices in solid waste prevention, management and disposal in the workplace.

(Special Note on the Video: At the time of filming the video, it was anticipated that the law banning Styrofoam and single use plastics would have passed. It is our understanding that this did not happen, and thus we will continue to rely on our ambassadors to continue with the voluntary effort to continue to promote sustainable development in their organizations while we wait for the law to pass.)
